Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement: By engaging our services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.

Resource Allocation: The company will provide IT and non-IT resources as per the client’s requirements and specifications.

Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due as per the agreed payment terms. Any delay in payment may result in penalties or termination of services.

Confidentiality: The company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data shared during the course of the engagement.

Intellectual Property Rights: Any intellectual property developed during the engagement will belong to the TTS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Service Level Agreement: The company will adhere to the service level agreement agreed upon with the client, including response times, resolution times, and availability of resources.

Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the engagement with a notice period as agreed upon in the service agreement. Termination may result in penalties or fees as specified in the agreement.

Liability: The company will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

Compliance: The company will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the provision of services to the client.

Amendments: Any changes or amendments to the terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

By engaging our services, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of services.
